各位朋友,你们好!我曾经在原顺驰不动产的沈阳有限公司置业顾问职位,如果你们对这一工作岗位感兴趣的话,我来给大家谈谈关于考官会怎样提问的话题。

我们第一天培训时,领导就跟我们说,你们是置业顾问,不是卖房子的,但你们还必须完成交易以达到全方面发展。

也就是说,置业顾问这个职业不光要卖房,还要能回答很多问题,对市场非常了解才行。

你现在还没有面试,不用急。

首次面试只是要看你的品行,对专业知识几乎不问,只要你不把置业顾问从房产交易上说成别的,就算是过了。

第二次面试,是总经理直接面试,应该会问到这个问题。(通常是问,如果在今后的工作中,你面临连续两个月未完成一笔交易时怎么办)

这项工作最大的挑战是:信心,恒心和心态。

只要有信心,迟早会时来运转的。只有恒心,在业务上多加磨练就一定会成功。只要心态放正,就能和客户更好的交流。这三点都能及格的时候,也就是交易完成的时候。
